- New Biometric Personal Photo صورة شخصية حديثة
- Copy of Business ID صورة بطاقة او كارنيه العمل
- Letter of Recoomendation from Work خطاب تزكية من جهة العمل
- Fill and sign a declaration of authenticity of the submitted documents ملئ وتوقيع اقرار بصحة المستندات المقدمة
- A Legal statement that the member has not committed any crimes مستند قانوني يفيد بعدم ارتكاب العضو لأي جرائم
